Chris works with several clients on an ongoing basis. The roles range from interim / part time management through to non-executive director and mentoring roles.
The work itself involves everything from running companies / divisions through to more specific projects such as preparation of financial forecasts, introducing cash management procedures, preparing monthly management information packs, retraining and focusing existing staff, meeting and dealing with banks, auditors, lawyers, negotiating deals, restructuring etc.
